Call for Abstracts
The Scientific Committee of the West Coast conference on Aging invites researchers, clinicians, policymakers, educators, system leaders, and innovators to submit abstracts that advance understanding of how to promote healthy aging through intentional innovation that focuses on equity, accessibility, and social justice. Abstracts that explore healthy aging related to prevention, lifestyle medicine, and sustainable systems change are also invited
Instructions for Authors
Abstract body should be no more than 350 words
Authors should clearly indicate how their content aligns with the 2026 conference theme: The Health Span Goal: Intentional Innovation for Aging Well
All submissions must be original work
Abstracts will be peer‑reviewed and evaluated based on scientific/academic rigor, relevance to the theme, innovation and creativity, and potential impact for attendees
Authors should indicate preferred format for presentation style and any A/V needs that may be required:
Oral Presentation (20 min + 10 min Q&A or 45 min + 15 min Q&A)
Poster Presentation
Symposia or Panel Sessions (20 min + 10 min Q&A or 45 min + 15 min Q&A)

Authors will be notified of acceptance by July 15, 2026
